My Professional Qualifications

MSc Integrative Psychotherapy (Middlesex University)
Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy (Metanoia Institute)
BSc (Hons) Psychology (Open University)


I am a fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapist registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I trained at the Metanoia Institute and also completed a Masters degree in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy with Middlesex University.

I also have a degree in psychology with the Open University.

Additional training:
I have also undertaken training in Systemic or Family Constellations with Vivian Broughton, Albrecht Mahr, Franz Ruppert and Ursula Franke (www.constellationswork.co.uk). I draw on this work when working with individuals (not groups) since systemic work can provide us with insight into complex and sometimes painful relational patterns which can be unconsciously passed down from one generation to the next, inhibiting growth and our potential to live full and meaningful lives.
